The following
Rules and Regulations are established for the benefit of all the campers and residents of
Guestward Ho Family Campground. These rules and regulations are necessary to ensure that
everyone will enjoy a great camping experience. Please make sure that all in your group
abide by the rules and regulations for the fun and safety of all campers. Each camper,
upon occupancy of a site or cabin, agrees to abide by these rules and regulations.

Campers are required to maintain their site in a neat and presentable
condition at all times. Neat and presentable condition is at the sole discretion of
management.
VISITORS: All visitors, guests, friends and family members
must register upon arrival. Day visitors must leave the campground by 11:00 PM. All
visitors staying overnight must notify office by 7:00PM.
Campers are solely responsible for any environmental impact they may cause either
on their site or on any property of Guestward Ho Family Campground.
Only one trailer is allowed on a site. No other trailers (i.e., boat, box, car,
ATV, ramp) will be allowed on a site. If a camper has an extra trailer, contact the office
for arrangements.
Only two registered vehicles are allowed on a site. Any other vehicles must be
parked in the designated area.
Electric golf carts, extra refrigerators and bug lights are allowed for the
appropriate fees. No electric heaters allowed.
No overhauling or repairing of vehicles, changing oil, fluids or any other
mechanical work is permitted in the campground. If a camper has a vehicle in need of
immediate repair, please contact the management for assistance.
PETS: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and not
left unattended at the campsite. The tenant must clean up after their pet.
All children under the age of 18 must be back to their sites by 10:00PM. Quiet
hours will be from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Campers shall respect the rights and privacy of
all other campers.
All campers are strictly liable and responsible for the action of themselves, their
children and their visitors.
Fireworks are not allowed in the campground.
Campfires are not to be left unattended or built too high.
Vehicles or boats may not be washed in the campground.
Playground hours are from 8:00 Am to dusk.
TRASH: Only food trash bags will be accepted. Campers are
responsible for the disposal of all other items (e.g., BBQ's, chairs, etc.)
No commercial enterprises, business, peddling or solicitations shall be allowed in
the campground unless prior written approval of the management is first obtained.
Campers shall be solely responsible for any and all injuries, damage, personal loss
or loss to one of their guests by reason of accident, fire, theft or negligence by the
camper. Campers hold the campground and management harmless of and from any claim or
injury or damage to any person arising out of a camper's intention, reckless or negligent
act, omission or error.
In the event of an emergency (e.g., water or gas leak, fire, medical), the
management has the absolute right to enter a camper's trailer or personal property.
Any tampering with utilities in the campground will result in immediate eviction,
without refund.
Campers shall act in a civil manner in relation to other campers, visitors and
neighbors of Guestward Ho Family Campground. Campers and guests shall not take any action
to disturb the peace or in any other manner disrupt anyone's use and enjoyment of the
campground. Campers shall not use abusive or aggressive language in addressing anyone in
the campground. If, in the sole discretion of management, a camper has committed any act
or omission which the management believes to have disturbed the peace and / or otherwise
infringed upon any other guests, the camper shall be asked to leave the campground and
shall not be entitled to any refund.
Campers shall not conduct any illegal activities on their campsite or any other
portion of Guestward Ho Family Campground. In the event that a camper is found to have
conducted any illegal acts , the camper will be immediately evicted and shall not be
entitled to any refund.
SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the campground.
This includes motor vehicles, bicycles and golf carts. Please advise all guests of the
speed limits.
Absolutely no drinking and driving of any vehicle or golf cart in the campground.
No ATV's, go-carts, mini bikes, or unregistered cars, trucks or motorcycles are
allowed in the campground. Scooters and golf carts are permitted.
BICYCLES: No riding after dusk, without exception. No double riding. All children
up to 14 years old must wear an ANSI approved helmet. |
