2011 CAMPING RATES
CAMPERS/TRAILERS
2 Adults & up to 4 children 12 & under**
Daily/Nightly: $30.00
Weekly: $180.00
Monthly: $650.00
Extra Adults: $10.00 per night
Extra Child: $5.00 per night
TENT CAMPERS
$10.00 Per Person per night, Minimum Charge $20.00
Age 12 and under $5.00 per night, after the $20.00 Minimum**
Example: 2 Adults with 1 child under 12 - $25.00 per night
DAY GUEST FEES
Adult Guests: $5.00
12 & Under: $3.00
NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS ALLOWED
Day guests must leave by 11:00 PM or they will be considered a camper and
will be charged the $10.00 fee.
**All campers & guests 13 and older are considered adults and will be charged accordingly.
SEASONAL RATES FOR NEW CAMPERS
- Residential Seasonal (W/E) - $1,650.00 from May 15th - October 15th
- Recreational Seasonal (W/E) - $1,320.00 - $1,560.00 (Call for details and availability)
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-ins, no sooner than 10:00 AM.
- Late check-outs, no later than 4:00 PM.
MOBILE DUMP SERVICE
Mobile dump service provided weekly as per schedule, at $10.00 per occurrence. This fee applies to both recreational and residential campers. This service is provided once per week, as per schedule, with NO exceptions.
DEPOSIT POLICY
- Deposit for a non-holiday reservation is 50% of total fee.
- Deposit for a holiday reservation is payment in full.
- Deposits must be received within 7 days.
- All returned checks will be charged a fee of $25.00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- For cancellations made 14 days prior to date of arrival, the full fee is refundable.
- For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to date of arrival, the full fee less one day's fee will be refunded.
- No refunds due to inclement weather.
